Werfen’s U.S. benefits plan year starts on January 1st and ends on December 31st.

- Review 2026 enrollment FAQs, plan documents and associated paycheck deductions.

Note, certain Werfen benefits can only be elected during the enrollment period.
- Medical, dental, and/or vision plans

Review and submit your elections in ADP within your benefits eligibility period.
- New hires must complete enrollment within 30 days of your hire date.
- Existing employees must request a change in benefits within 30 days of a qualifying life event (documentation supporting the change will be required).

Keep in mind…
- For new hires, most benefits will become effective on your date of hire.
- Benefit elections cannot be changed until the next U.S. Open Enrollment period (unless a mid-year qualifying life event impacts your eligibility).

- Check your medications and preferred pharmacies as coverage varies.
- Your physical ID cards will be mailed before the plan’s start date. Download digital versions anytime in your provider account or mobile app.

What is a Qualifying Life Event?A qualifying life event is a significant change in your life circumstances, such as getting married, having a child, or losing a job, that allows you to make changes to your benefits outside of the annual U.S. Open Enrollment period.Mid-year benefit change requests must be submitted through ADP within 30 days of the event with supporting documentation. |
